Dr. Adam Smith - Veterinarian

I was born and raised in England, UK and emigrated to the US after vet school in 2015.

I joined the GTAH team in August 2025. I received a bachelor’s degree in Bioveterinary science from the University of the West of England in 2011, and went on to complete my doctor of veterinary medicine from St. George’s University in 2015.

I worked in Pennsylvania as a large animal veterinarian for 2 years before moving to Virginia to pursue a career in small animal emergency medicine. I then moved to Denver in 2019 and continued working in emergency and urgent care until now, when I decided to move to General practice.

My veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery, emergency stabilization and now GP and dentistry! My personal interests include hiking, fishing, cooking, gaming, movies, watching baseball and trying all the different beer that Colorado has to offer!

My wife (who is also a veterinarian) and I have 2 cats (Cheddar & Brie) and an English pointer named Radar!
