Emily - Veterinary Assistant

I was originally born in Fairbanks, Alaska, but being in a military family, we were constantly moving from state to state.

I joined the GTAH team on September of 2020. My love for animals started early on, whether it was playing with small snakes outside or constantly going to petting zoos with my mother. I am the mom of my beloved cat and 9 reptiles! In my free time, I love going on hikes and snowboarding in the winter!

I originally started my journey being a kennel technician in a pet store, caring for the variety of animals we had. I enjoyed that but have always wanted to advance to the next step by working in a hospital. Eventually, I want to go to school to become an exotic veterinarian technician! I can't wait to continue to grow here at Gentle Touch Animal Hospital!
