Upon retiring from a 15-year long belly dancing career (yes, you read that correctly), based in my hometown of Salt Lake City, UT, I decided it was time for a career change. I opted to move to Colorado to find my new path.

For several years before my move, I had considered studying veterinary physical therapy, but continued to dance. Along with dance I spent several years volunteering with various animal shelters and rescues throughout Utah. Upon moving to Denver, I worked at a local dog daycare, which helped to rekindle my interest in the veterinary field. This led me to work at Gentle Touch; a team of which I am honored to be a part of.

In my free time, I love to work with my seizure response dog Bonnie (the training is never-ending), and we go on many, many walks. I love to read, garden, study bees, and do almost anything outdoors.
